Guests and Group Members will need to have signed a document understanding that in Colombia some things are bound to change as the reality on the ground is very different to what you read in a brochure. We reserve the right to alter or to cancel trips if situations appear dangerous or risky. Guests will be remunerated.
Security Issues – Enough cannot be said about the situation in Colombia, while the country is improving considerably there are still risks. In the case of unforseen problems arising from natural disasters or problems arising from the armed conflict we reserve the right to reorganize, re route or cancel trips altogether. In such circumstances we will treat each issue individually and work out remunerations.
Drugs and Prostitution – we reserve the right to expel anyone off the trip if we even feel that they are participating in Colombias most famous product and/or in the abuse of minors.
